When you place an order, request a quote, or submit artwork for engraving, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details (including any text, images, or files you submit for personalization). We keep submitted artwork/logo files on file to support future reorders. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (such as Square, Etsy Payments, or Wix Payments) — we do not store your full card number. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence to help resolve your question.

 

How we use your information. We use your information to process and ship your order, produce your personalized item, communicate with you about your order (including proofs and approvals), respond to questions, and improve our products and site. We may also use your email address to send you order updates and, if you've opted in, occasional promotions — you can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
