Processing time

Made-to-order and personalized items ship 7–10 business days after you approve your proof. Production time does not include transit time. Artwork sent in for review before purchase is graded within 1 business day, so you know the cost before you commit. Processing times may be extended during holidays — we'll note this on the shop homepage when it applies.

Shipping area We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to Canada or elsewhere outside the US? Contact us before ordering — we handle international requests case by case so we can confirm cost and timeline with you first.

 

Rates

• Standard — $7.95, free on orders over $75. Covers the large majority of our catalog (under 4 lb boxed and under 18 in).

• Oversize — $19.95 (18–24 in, or 4–9 lb boxed).

• Heavy — $29.95 (over 24 in, or 9 lb+ boxed).

• 36" Fireman Axe — $38 flat rate, routed USPS/FedEx only.

 

Oversize, Heavy, and the Axe are excluded from the $75 free-shipping threshold. Carrier is selected per order for the best rate.

 

Tracking A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
