The engraving shown is an example. Your own text or artwork is engraved in its place — you'll approve a proof before we make it.

Placement is fixed for this product: single-sided orders are engraved on the front only; double-sided orders are engraved front and back.

Choose a font from our list, or select "Let Fynn's choose" and we'll pick one that suits your design. Engraving text is limited to 500 characters.

If your logo or artwork needs to be converted for engraving, choose the matching Artwork Conversion option at checkout: Tier 1 for simple images, Tier 2 for complex or fine-detail artwork. Text-only designs, your own SVG file, or a Fynn's design need no conversion.

After you order, we'll reach out for your logo or artwork file and send a proof for your approval before production begins.

Can you use my existing logo? Yes — send your artwork and we'll set it up for engraving.

Can I put a QR code on the card? Yes, QR codes engrave cleanly and are a popular choice.

Is every card the same? Yes — this listing produces one shared design across the whole order.

Can I reorder later? Yes, we can recreate your approved design for future orders.

Production begins once you approve your proof. Orders ship within 5–7 business days of proof approval — larger orders may take longer.
