Two very different jobs. The 16" throwing axe is balanced and sized for target throwing rather than splitting, and is the one bought for a yard, a bachelor party or a league. The fireman axe is a display and presentation piece, engraved on the head or handle for a retirement, a promotion or a station gift, in a 17.5" hand version or the full 36". Both are $99.99.
